The Tradition Architectural Committee has reviewed the response from Pinnacle. Design
Company on our letter regarding the construction of your pool The Committee has
approved construction on the pool to begin now subject to the following comments:
1. A grading plan is required. We have contacted James Fiero for you, he did.
the original grading plan for Gordon Stein. The plan should be delivered to
our office by J.P. Repographics. _
2. No more than 18" of the water feature may -be visible from the golf course. �
3. A landscape and lighting plan will need to be provided for 'committee review.
4. The Committee is concerned with privacy issues for the adjacent neighbof
with the slide installation. Please show the pool equipment location and the
proposed screening for it.
