FOAMBOND proposes to install polyurethane foam roofing system in accordance with
the following scope of work at the above noted address.
POLYURETHANE FOAM OVER EXISTING ROOF
PREPARATION-
1.
REPARATIO-
1. Clean surface of existing roof of all loose gravel, dirt and debris
2. Buckles, blisters, fish mouths and wrinkles shall be fastened or cut out
3. Replace damaged plywood and dry rot as needed at $1.85 a square foot
4. Remove tile on parapets and install back after foam roof has cured
5. Install all new 24 GA drip edge metal and replace old scuppers with new 5"
6. Install blocks under all conduit and water lines
7. Extend roof jacks as required to accommodate new urethane foam roof
8. Prime entire roof deck at 'l gallon per 250 sq. ft.
9. Mask all areas not to receive the foam. application (wall's, A/C's, furniture, etc.)
URETHANE FOAM APPLICATION:
10. Spray/apply a minimum of 1" of 2.7 to 3.0 lbs. nominal density uniformly foam to
entire roof deck and parapet walls, spray foam will be- built up and sloped toward
scupper/drains
11. Foam surface will be a smooth orange peel, free of tree bark, bumps, pinholes and
ridges'
12. Add foam build up in low areas to improve severely pond conditions
13. Grind foam at drains/runoff areas to promote proper drainage
COATING APPLICATION:
14. Apply acrylic elastomeric caulking at roof penetrations as a secondary sealant on top
of the. foam application

WARRANTY:
