It is prohibited to use, process or store any materials in the occupancy that would classify it as.a Group H occupancy per Sec. 307 of the 2001 CBC. 2) Repair work and/or maintenance using open flame equipment, welding or the use of Class[, II, or III -A liquids are prohibited. The following conditions must be met prior to.occupancy: 3) Fire sprinkler system plans for the tenant improvement area must be submitted to the Fire Department for review, along with a plan/inspection fee. This automatic control shall meet the requirements of Section 119 and may be an occupancy sensor, automatic time switch, or other device capable of automatically shutting off the lighting.
