NOTICE OF MEETING CANCELLATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the La Quinta Planning Commission regular meeting of
January 9, 2018, has been cancelled.
Continued Public Hearing Item from November 14, 2017:
Zoning Ordinance Amendment 2017-0005 submitted by the City of La Quinta
recommending that the City Council adopt amendments to Section 9.50.090 of the La
Quinta Municipal Code and adopt Single Family Residential Architectural Design
Guidelines. CEQA: Exempt from environmental review pursuant to Section 15061 (b)(3)
Review for Exemptions – General Rule.
Additional documents that were to be included with the staff report are still unavailable at this
time rendering the item not ready for Planning Commission review and consideration. This
Public Hearing Item will be re-scheduled and re-noticed for Planning Commission consideration
at a future date.
The next regular meeting of the Planning Commission will be held on Tuesday, January 23,
2018, beginning with the Call to Order at 6:00 p.m., in the La Quinta Council Chamber located
at the La Quinta Civic Center, 78-495 Calle Tampico, La Quinta, California.
DECLARATION OF POSTING
I, Wanda Wise-Latta, Commission Secretary, of the City of La Quinta, do hereby declare that
the foregoing Notice of Meeting Cancellation for the La Quinta Planning Commission meeting
of January 9, 2018, was posted on the outside entry to the Council Chamber at 78-495 Calle
Tampico, and the bulletin boards at 78-630 Highway 111, and the La Quinta Cove Post Office
at 51-321 Avenida Bermudas, on January 4, 2018.
