I have recently applied for a building permit to construct a block wall around my residence located at the above address. Wall to be constructed and under question is for front yard of residence. The problem encountered is unique and unusual due to logistic of adajacent undeveloped road (dirt).. According to.City 0rdance walls are limited to six (6) foot unless house is considered to be on a corner lot which limits construction to three (3) foot because of visual.limitatins for vehicular traffic: The problem is due to this undeveloped dirt road and specific if this constitutes it as being,a corner lot. This road in question has. minimum useage of vehicular traffic; approximately three (3) vehicles per day. Itis general use has been for residence of local neighborhoods to bring their children over to use for dirt bikes and ATC vehicles, which are a noise and safety hazard to my family and visiting friends.
