There will be approximately $126,000 available to fund eligible activities. Eligible activities are generally those which directly benefit primarily low and moderate income persons, persons with disabilities, and senior citizens. Funding for the City of La Quinta's Community Development Block Grant Program is expected to begin July 1, 2018. The La Quinta City Council will hold a Public Hearing on October 3, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 78=495 Calle Tampico, La Quinta, to determine activities for program funding.
