The Winged Foot access into the recreation area will remain as shown, and will include steps with required handrails. The handicap access into the recreation area is being added to the Spanish Bay side of the project, where grade elevations permit a more flat transition. Gates in both locations will be self-closing and all code requirements will be I. provided. Added benefits to locating the handicap access off of Spanish Bay include: A.
