They can then call the inspection hotline and call in their inspection for the following day. She should be calling me back or coming in to handle their business. There is a trailer with stucco, and chicken wire sawcut, drywall, framing, and black pvc plumbing pipe. Giorgio admitted he has taken out or widened wall openings, installed electrical, plumbing, framing, etc. all -of which require permits. Hopefully they did not continue and paint interior walls. No interior inspection as of yet. The contractor's were not very cooperative, however homeowners arrived and were. I explained the cease & desist. Giorgio Bresani, & Lizzette Molfino 760-610-3435 agreed to cease work. He admitted he was doing framing, opening areas up, electrical, plumbing. I asked him to call Monday. He should get a Special Inspection Permit $75.00 so we can do an interior inspection, identify the scope of work, and what. requires permits. They can then submit plans, get permits, and then proceed with work..
