I called Lissette Molfino 760-409-8093. 1 left a message for her, and/or her husband Giorgio to come in to City
Hall today, and apply for a Special Inspection Permit, and pay their $75.00 fee. They can then call the
inspection hotline and call in their inspection for the following day. She should be calling me back or coming
in to handle their business. There is a trailer with stucco, and chicken wire sawcut, drywall, framing, and black
pvc plumbing pipe. Giorgio admitted he has taken out or widened wall openings, installed electrical,
plumbing, framing, etc. all -of which require permits. Hopefully they did not continue and paint interior
walls. No interior inspection as of yet.

Jobsite shut down. The contractor's were not very cooperative, however homeowners arrived and were. I
explained the cease & desist. Giorgio Bresani, & Lizzette Molfino 760-610-3435 agreed to cease work. He
admitted he was doing framing, opening areas up, electrical, plumbing. I asked him to call Monday. He should
get a Special Inspection Permit $75.00 so we can do an interior inspection, identify the scope of work, and
what. requires permits. They can then submit plans, get permits, and then proceed with work..

I was out on an inspection today and observed a neighbor of the home I was inspecting in the middle of a
window change -out project. The address of the home is 78-930 Sonesta Wy.
When I looked in TRAKiT I didn't see any evidence of a current open permit. I don't know the exact extent of
the work, but could.definitely tell the window at the front of the home was brand new.
