Architectural Committee, approved your application to expand the patio of the above -referenced unit subject to the following conditions and limitations: 1. The expansion area, as built, shall be no more than 146 square feet in total. 2. The proposed expansion extending up to 7 feet, 7 inches westward (toward the mountain) is approved as depicted on the plans you submitted with your application. 3. The proposed expansion southward towards the building immediately adjacent to the above -referenced unit is not approved and may not be built. The current patio wall on the south side of your unit may not be moved. 4. The scalloped patio wall next to the bedroom of your unit may be removed. 5. The scallop feature must be exactly replicated on the new wall that will extend westward from your unit toward the mountain. 6.
