Please submit cut sheets for all wall sconces and other lighting proposed throughout the property for review and approval by the committee. The plans currently indicate that they will be selected by the designer. 2. All exterior color and materials will require review and approval in the field during construction. 3. Please note on the irrigation plan that all spray heads are to be setback a minimum of 12" from the back of curb and a slight swale installed behind the curb to prevent irrigation run-off on to the asphalt. 4. As a reminder, no active use may be proposed within the view corridors (please confirm that the patio fireplace conforms to this requirement). ` 1. There are changes proposed within the rear easement which were reviewed by Gerry Tarsitano on behalf of the Hideaway Golf Club: His comments are listed below: a. The turf layout will be determined in the field with the golf course superintendent. b. No grade changes will be allowed in the golf course property. C. The homeowner is responsible to reimburse the Club for any, and all, work necessary to restore the irrigation and golf course landscaping as needed. This includes any potential damage to golf course property, during construction. d. The landscape contractor is not allowed to access the golf course property for any reason. e. The irrigation and maintenance of the turf extension is the responsibility of the owner and transfers to all future owners of the property. f. The removal of canopy trees, palm trees or shrubs will not be approved. g. Turf irrigation heads cannot spray beyond the new turf as the golf course landscape must be protected from nuisance water. h. Metal header board is required to be installed by the owner at the turf line. i. No drainage may be directed on to golf course property. Please note that there will be no DRC meeting held on August 20th in an effort to accommodate vacation schedules. Please coordinate any submittals or field visits for the August 6th meeting. This information can also be found on the Hideaway DRC Submittal and meeting schedule. You may contact Brook Marshall at (760) 219-8057 or by email at Brook@dc.rr.com with any questions regarding this review.
