Your letter states that the second story massing has been revised however the figures used in the calculations do not match the square footage call -outs. Please verify that all figures are in agreement E�,,-d match the statements in your letter. On a side note, the committee neglected to note the flat roof element on its previous letters to you and the architect, which was an oversight on our part However, Bat roofs that exceed 100 square feet and which are visible to the golf course have not been allowed withouf an approved variance. Unfortunately, the DRC's oversight was compounded by an oversight on the architect's part to bring the deviation from the Guidelines to the committee's attention. Given that the DRC approved the design to move into final working drawings it recognizes that a difficult_situation is . faced by both parties.decision has been made to grant the project a conditional approval to proceed pending a commitment -from tbe-applicant to have the architect`present some proposals intended to help mitigate the appearance of the flat roof area The DRC will work with the Board of Directors and Discovery Management in determining a compromise with your design team Other items that do not appear to have been addressed per our June 7'h include the following: I.
