SUBJECT: SETBACK ADJUSTMENT 90-019; 77-211 CALLE SONORA
Dear Mr. Duffy:
Your request for a setback adjustment to allow'.an encroachment
of two feet into a required 10 -foot street ,sideyard for a bay
window has been reviewed and approved based on the following
determinations:
_ 1. This _adjustment is consistent with the intent and
purpose of the zoning ordinance,- in that the two
foot encroachment affects only a ,small area, and
still allows an eight foot clearance for access
along the affected sideyard.
2. There are special circumstances applicable to the.
i property, including such factors' as size, shape,
and location that `.justify approval, 'of, the
adjustment. "
3. This adjustment will not be detrimental to the •
health, safety, .and general welfare of the
Community, nor will it be detrimental to property
in the vicinity of the subject parcel.
