Dear Home Owner,
The purpose ofthis letter is to inform you that a un -permitted patio cover is being constructed in
a side yard set back located at 77-707 Calle Sonora. Please stop construction and.provide plans .
for your proposed construction project. A permit is required and plans will assist us in issuing a
permit to.you. In addition two pallets of block were noticed on site, block walls also require a
permit. If you intend to enclose your entry you would need to include that in your plans with the
patio cover.
For your information; the previous home owner James & Danette Puchi obtained a addition
permit, '#14912, for a 160sgft hallway to serve an existing bedroom. This permit expired and a
copy of the letter is being forwarded to you. You may review the plans on file and complete the
construction requirements so we can close this permit.
