BAR.
1) Remove the rubber cove base from the bar storage area. Use slim foot 3/8" radius cove base tile.
Handed out the flooring guide at time of visit.
2) Provide 16 linear feet of dry storage shelving.
3) Provide FRP along the entire bar wall behind the sink, jockey, box. Also, provide FRP underneath
the bar top. There shall be no bare wood and no exposed rough concrete.
4) Provide slim foot tile along all walls in the bar area and under cabinets.
5) Frame in the wall that is located south east corner the bar (no studs visible). Provide FRP finish.
6) Provide a faucet for the 3-copmartment sink that -is long enough to reach all the bays.
7) Provide a sneeze guard protection (ie plexi glass) that covers the customer side of all overhead
glass ware. Or remove overhead glass storage racks.
8) Provide an approve hand sink at the bar.
CONSTRUCTION INSPECTIONS. Contact the Plan Checker for a Preliminary Inspection when construction is
approximately 80% complete, with plumbing, rough ventilation, and rough equipment installed. Request fo-
inspection should be made at least five (5) working days in advance.
A FINAL INSPECTION MUST be made upon completion of ALL work including finished details. APPROVAL to
operate shall not be granted, or remodeled areas approved to operate, until the facility has passed the FINAL
INSPECTION, and "APPLICATION .TO OPERATE" has been completed and PERMIT FEES have been paid.
Request for inspection should be made at least five (5) working days in advance.
