This letter .is to inform you of our decision to approve Modification by Applicant
2011-038, a request to construct an additional canvas awning above the arched
.window on the. north elevation of Suite C of Shops 1 at the Plaza at Calle Tampico,
located at 78138 Calle Tampico, Suite 130, under the. condition that the color and
material of the proposed canvas dome awning be identical to the existing adjacent
awnings.
This. approval is based upon .the finding that` the proposed awning identified in the
submitted. plans constitutes a minor addition to the building, will not result .in a
significant architectural, aesthetic, or visual impact to: the existing project, or result
in any changed conditions of approval to Village Use Permit 06-035. This approval
will be forwarded to the Building and Safety- Department for their information. If
