Dear Mr. Swindel:
The Planning Department has reviewed and approved your ' request for. three, internally -
illuminated reverse channel letter signs for Coldwell' Banker located at 78-138 Calle
Tampico, Suite 130, as shown in the attached exhibits. The approval is subject to the
following conditions:
1. This sign permit grants a maximum of three signs and logos for "Coldwell Banker
Real Estate". One sign shall be permitted, 'as shown on the submitted sign.
application exhibits, on the buildings' north, south, and east elevation. All signs
shall be internally -illuminated reverse channel letter. The materials for the signs are
per the approved plans on file with the Planning Department'.
2. Each sign shall not exceed a maximum permissible area of forty-two (42) square
feet. The location of the signs shall conform to the designation sign areas as
specified in the sign program.
3. Each sign shall be reverse channel letter and shall be pinned off the building fascia
by a minimum of one and one-half inches (1.5"). Letter returns .shall be a minimum
of`three (3) inches.
4. All signage shall comply with the Plaza Calle Tampico Sign Program (SA 2009-.
1337)
5. A building permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety Department prior to
installation of the signs if required.
