The County Fire Department must witness the following. tests:
1. A hydrostatic test of 200 -psi pressure for two (2) hours or at 50 psi in excess of the
maximum static pressure when it is in excess of 150 psi shall be witnessed by a fire
inspector prior to covering piping joints.
2. System flush inspection.
3. A,flnal inspection is required.

11/19/07 - Tony started plan review and got the following:
1. Sheet C-1.1 or 201 of PSN 06220, Construction Note 68 (approved curb inlets) was replaced with AC and Base: Sheet
C1.5 now has orphaned curb inlet Construction Note 68 - resolve same. Reassignment of existing used construction
notes on delta revisions is generally problematic. Reference sheets attached.
2. Sheet C-1.1, provide new soils engineer signature and stamp given large change in pavement design.
3. Sheet C71.1, no changes are noticed for const item 20 and 25 which have been clouded. Remove the clouds or clarify
the change.. City format requests that new delta sheet contain only changes from previous delta.
4. Sheet C-1.1 and 1.3, change planning depart stamp block info to Les Johnson,,see attached.
5. Sheet C-1.1, provide the 2nd Sub rnylar stamp block. See attached with detailed info.
6. Sheet C-1.3, provide 1st Sub Mylar stamp block. See attached to sheet 1.3.
11/19/07 - Tony finished and gave to Paul.
11/27/2007 - Paul reviewed and annotated 1st round redlines. EOR to resolve formating and construction note
reassignment issues and submit substitute mylars for approval. Redlines to Angelica/Ed for return to EOR.

Department and Green Sheet form completion. Revision updates pavement replacement requirements per final
geotechnical opinion. Building and Planning requested to sign both Sheets C-1'.1 and C-1.3. Angelica to update
corresponding Sheet 201 and 203 of City Archive PSN 06220 once all signatures are obtained. Please recheck scan
quality and shading given atypical and dark legending noted on mylars. No further review necessary from Paul - forward to
Tim for final signature once Building and Planning signatures are obtained.
