above the crest ,of the street, when the area was determined to be
located in the A3 flood zone.
Per the FIRM flood zone map, panel 06070.90010 B, revised August 19,
1991, the structure is zoned in the AO zone. Since that time, the
City has con structed1street improvements and a storm channel in the
area.
