Building permits are not required to be signed by property owners unless they are personally performing their own work. The wall will not -be constructed with a large radius (± 900') arc, but in -a straight line. Due to conflicting information between a Grading Plan prepared 2/11101 by Peter Ringies (R.C.E. 13515) and Street Improvement Plans -(Plan Set #91.029, sheet 16 of 24) regarding the location of property line and curb line relative o centerline of street, it was determined .that a potential encroachment of as much as 1.1 feet could occur with the proposed wall configuration. It was determined.that the time and expense required to resolve the conflict in drawings did not justify the.value gained in doing so. Underground SErvice Alert was dispatched to the jobsite and determined that no utilities were present at the proposed wall location.
