A. The site visits will be performed to observe only general
conformance with the project construction documents.
B. The site visits will be a visual.observation only.
C. Each and every structural element and component indicated
on the construction documents will not be observed.
D. Dimension locations of structural elements will not be
verified.
.E. in the event certain sequences or procedures are
necessary to perform the construction in accordance with
the structural design criteria, the Engineer of Record
may identify such condition.
F. THE .FLYING BUTTRESS will be available to' assist in
interpreting the structural construction documents. This
would include assistance to the general contractor, the
subcontractors, *he deputy building inspector, the local
governing authority inspector, etc.
A written report to memorialize each site visit will be
submitted to the Architect and to the Owner. The report will
