SCOPE OF WORK
Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for completion of all roofing and related work as specified in
this document

1) All, loose gravel, dust and residue shall be removed using power vacuum equipment, power sweeper,
air blo*ing or other suitable means.
2) Grind all loose paint from Z -bar metal, solvent wipe and prime with metal
foam roo primer before application of
roofing. Install new Z -bar metal (will be identified at job walk) as Jieeded and solvent wipe and
prime with metal primer before application of foam roofing. - -
3) .Remove two (2) courses oftile and cut 3" water blocks where slope meets flat roof areas.
