The proposed scope of work is acceptable in accordance with the Architectural Guidelines, Homeowner's Association. CC&R's, Maintenance and Indemnity Agreement and subject to the following conditions and/or requirements are applicable: 1. Prior to the start of any work, provide a signed set of plans, stamped by the City of La Quinta, and the city issued permit. 2. The homeowner and contractor to schedule a pr meeting with the Maintenance/Lighting Manager, William Aceves, and the Landscape/Irrigation Manager, Bill Bobbitt, to coordinate and review the proposed work and existing conditions. 3. All work is to be done in accordance with building codes. 4. The contractor is responsible for the removal of all demolition materials. Construction dumpster is limited in size to a 3 -yard unit located in garage or driveway. 5. Any electrical wiring exposed during construction must be reported to the HOA. 6. The contractor to repair and/or replace any damaged. irrigation, landscape, hardscape, lights, drainage devices and/or street surface to the satisfaction of the HOA. All demolition and construction debris is to be removed daily and no stockpiling in the street. 7. The street gutters are not to be used for concrete and construction material clean up.
