concrete decking was reviewed and approved by the .Architectural Committee.
Placement of all components must meet the City's =&Limum setback requirements per City Code. You should
also be aware that dual main drains are now required in all new pool installations. Please be sure all
construction acs points and landscaping are restored to their origuaal condition as soon as possible.
We are happy you have chosen a licensed and insuredtoontractor to perform the work. Please be reminded that
.all maintenance; of the alteration will be the responsibility of you and any future owner of your home. This
information should be disclosed if you choose to sell your home. All City permits are to be obtained with a copy
