The present structure had small fire damage and heavy smoke damage. We will be
ming through all electric wiring, testing for any damage and repairing. ,At present visual
inspection there appears to be one ceiling box that. was damaged. We. will be inspecting
all pltZrnhing and teeing far damage. At rreserrt there. y rs to 'be no damage. Heading
and air conditioning units are in the garage and far end of the house'awav from fire and
show no damage. Any structural damage will be discussed with. the'inspector and
replaced or repaired as instructed by the inspector. There are two rafters that Have small
areas of question.
We will be insulating the house as per city code.. We will be dry walling as pes
city code. We will be replacing windows and doors in the 's—Ame openings as per city code.
In general, the house sustained smoke damage and a general clean up of the
momty is being done, The exterior of the hoose sbm,& little or no damage with the
excention of a patio cover that will be replaced to look as it was..
Every effort :will be takeii to keep the inspector up to date with the conditions we
find. We do not anticipate, this to be a big job. We will also work with code enforcement
as to fandscapc and lightin ofthe erty
