2) Where direct current photovoltaic source or output circuits of a utility -interactive inverter from a building -
integrated system are run inside abuilding, they shall be contained in metallic raceways or enclosures. (CEC
§690.31 (E)).
3) Where the number of current -carrying conductors in a raceway exceed three (3) the allowable ampacity of
each conductor shall be reduced as shown in Table 310.15(13)(2)(a). (CEC §310.15(B)(2)) Identify number
of conduits on plan and adjust accordingly.
4) Conduits exposed to sunlight on rooftops, where conductors or cables -are installed, the adjustments shown in
Table 310.15(B)(2)(c) shall be added to the outdoor temperature to determine the applicable ambient
temperature for application of the correction factors. in Table 310.16. (CEC §310.15(B)(2)(c)) Adjust
conductor sizes according to the proposed conduit locations.
