The HOA reviewed your plans for a pool pavillion at 48243 Stillwater Dr. The HOA
requests that you install a tile roof identical with that of the main house with a similar pitch.
You are granted a variance from the HOA's maximum roof height of no more than 16 feet
from grade. Your affected neighbors from the north and south have given their consent after
reviewing a skeleton structure at the requested height. The Architectural Committee
approval is therefore within the guidelines of the HOA's governing documents.
