trees, remodel the existing spa, construct a pool, outdoor fireplace and a water feature
(fountain) and grant approval to that project with the following conditions:
1. Access to the project is to be from Tangelo St. through the front garden
wall as'shown on the drawing attached to the application:: Access through
the park is not to be allowed due to the disruption that would be caused by
the extent and timing of this project.
2. The owner obtains all necessary permits from the City of La Qu.inta
Enclosed please find a "Notice of Completion" that must be submitted when the project
is complete -so the Architectural Committee can perform their final inspection.
