Dear Mr: Morgan:
RADCO is the engineering firm of record for ICBO ER 2621P' reissued 4/01/04. ICBO ER
2621P is in compliance with the 1997 Uniform Building Code. ICBO ER 2621P is also in
compliance with the 2001 California Buikling'Code. (Exception: Freestanding Structures
required to meet Section 1620A, not to be confused with Section 1620 in the CBC, need
additional engineering. These are structures for schools and hospitals.) ICBO ER 2621P is
also in compliance with the 2002 Los Angeles Building Code for Patio Covers.
The original set of plans accepted by ICBG have been signed by Raymond F. Tucker and is
kept at Amerimax Building Products, Inc., Engineering Services, 1140 All Pro Drive, Elkhart, IN,
46514. This IC80 accepted plan set is reproduced then distributed nationwide.
Mk. Raymond Tucker has retired from RADCO (03/01/2002). The undersigned is more than
familiar with the Amerimax product having done most of the engineering work and is in
responsible charge for the ICBG legacy Report ER 2621P. All red stamp sealed ICBO ER
2621P drawings also indicates that the drawings are identical to the drawings accepted by
ICBG with no changes made. ICBG is currently known as ICC.
Wet sealed plans furnished by Amerimax Building Products, Inc. to contractors are to be used
with Amerimax products only plus common steel sections identified on the plans. Wet sealed
plans may be reproduced for approval provided that the reproduced plans can be verified by
Local Jurisdictions to be identical to the wet sealed plans. Should the ICBO Legacy Report
ER 2621 P expire, this letter expires on the same date.
