ICBO ER 2621P is in compliance with the 1997 Uniform Building Code. ICBO ER 2621P is also in compliance with the 2001 California Buikling'Code. (Exception: Freestanding Structures required to meet Section 1620A, not to be confused with Section 1620 in the CBC, need additional engineering. These are structures for schools and hospitals.) ICBO ER 2621P is also in compliance with the 2002 Los Angeles Building Code for Patio Covers. The original set of plans accepted by ICBG have been signed by Raymond F. Tucker and is kept at Amerimax Building Products, Inc., Engineering Services, 1140 All Pro Drive, Elkhart, IN, 46514. This IC80 accepted plan set is reproduced then distributed nationwide. Mk. Raymond Tucker has retired from RADCO (03/01/2002).
