Our research` indicates`.that't1fd `buildirig� in'-whic "yo&r urilfis located was built under the
requirernents'of"the`1*98'5 edition of the Uniform',Building Code published 'by the
International Conference*of Building'Officials.' During oursite visit'Building Inspector AJ
Ortega and I observed holes with TV cables in walls; TV cable penetrations in walls,
floors and ceilings. The "cur"rent conditions that resulted from the installation of the
cabling jeopardizes the Building Permit A0pr6'V6(0f your unit and to a larger extent the
entire building as I assume other units have the same type of installation conditions.
Repairs shall be made to restore the unit / building to its original approved condition.
I will forward a copy of this letter to your Homeowners Association in c/o Avail. Property
Management and to Jason, Stubble —Fire Inspector with the Riverside'
