The Tradition Architectural Committee has reviewed your submittal of Construction
Documents for your home on lot 30 Talking Rock Turn. The plans were approved
subject to the following comments:
1. On the electrical plan, please provide a site plan showing the screening of the
electric meter and the utility panels. The area indicated on the site
plan/landscape plan is showing A/C condenser units_ The committee does not
believe that the meter panel can be in the same wall area as the condensers.
The meters need more clearance. Please revise to show the condensers in an
alternate location.
2. A $5,000.00 construction performance deposit will be required prior to the
• onset of construction. Please make your check payable to: Tradition
Community Association.
