Please be advised the Committee approves plans and specifications based on aesthetics and compliance with the `
community guidelines. They do not review for engineering design or structural integrity. Zoning and building
permits are the responsibility of the homeowner. The Committee has the right to inspect improvements,
constructed or being constructed, to determine that such improvements have been or are being built in-
compliance with the plans and specifications approved.
Upon completion of work, please submit photographs of the completed improvements: The.association will
