Grout is a maintenance item, not a warranty item, and if those items were on the first Leak detection, the reason they Were not repaired is they are maintenance items , the same would go for your auto fill in the infinity, that was under water and releasing water into the lake. It is also yours to maintain. Therefore RJT Homes will not reimburse y�ouor the pool service should bon e able to help you t and will not repair the maintenance items on y P in these areas.
