The project is generally bounded by Avenue 48 alignment on the north, 50th Avenue on the south, Washington Street on the east. The review was conducted as required by Article 6 of the City Council Resolution No. 84-22 and Section 9.1 of the Subject Development Agreement. The Planning Director, based upon substantial evidence given, has determined that the Applicant has complied in good faith with the terms and conditions of the agreement.
