During plan review, you researched the, permit history at the property to be sure that approving a secondary structure was appropriate. No building permits were.found at 79-300 Stonegate. City address records from pre -1996 indicate an address of 50-250 Heather Glen assigned. to that property, with an alternate address of 79-320.'Stonegate, depending on the house frontage. A field inspection revealed that a house does exist on the property in question`.
