On 7/16/02, the City received application for a 932 square foot Guest House to be constructed irr the
Estancias: ' The property information on. the application indicated: 79-300 Stonegate; Lot 30, Tract
26524; APN: 769-770-020.
During plan review, you researched the, permit history at the property to be sure that approving a
secondary structure was appropriate. No building permits were.found at 79-300 Stonegate.
City address records from pre -1996 indicate an address of 50-250 Heather Glen assigned. to that
property, with an alternate address of 79-320.'Stonegate, depending on the house frontage. A field
inspection revealed that a house does exist on the property in question`. Additional records research
indicates that, in 1997, School Fees were paid, and building permits were issued for a single family,
dwelling, 600 lineal feet of garden wall, pool, spa, water feature and barbeque for this property. A
telephone call to the County Assesor's office today indicated that their records agree with the City's.
