ON 16 July 2007 1 visited the project site to perform Building Code mandated structural construction observations prior to final framing inspection and wrapping the structure. The framing and foundation and their interface appeared in substantial conformance with the structural design intent of the record structural construction documents as evidenced in the record drawings- Of note four (4) STHD14's were not placed or misplaced,and were properly replaced with retrofit HTT22'$:and epoxy set all -thread bolts per my field directions.
