To all our customers,
Over the last three years, the Home Improvement Industry has experienced
significant growth across all product lines. Everyone appears to be busy with
solid expectations for another.,good year.
This growth is fueling higher demand for the base materials that support our
specific industry resulting in significantly higher costs for aluminum and
steel. Higher energy costs continue to impact the processing of raw materials
into the coil and extrusions from which we produce your jobs..
Coupling these increases in material costs with continued upward„pressure
on labor costs from health care mandates, higher minimum wage t”
requirements that actually effect all levels of pay, increased regulation costs
and a more competitive labor market when looking for additional staff, we
are now forced, after three years, to adjust our pricing.
As a result of these upward pressures on operating costs, we will have to
raise all product prices by 6% effective on orders received on or after
Monday, April 3, 2017. Existing prices will be in place on all orders
received through the close of business Friday, March 31, 2017.
We recognize that without the support of our loyal customers, we would not
be the company we "are today. We continue to be extremely grateful for your
