the above referenced project and performed in place density
tests.
The results of our testing indicate that the embankment
placed as,compacted fill was compacted.to'at least 90 percent
of maximum density at.'the,locations tested.
The maximum density was determined per ASTM Test Method D1557
and the field density tests were performed in accordance.with
ASTM D2922.

Gentlemen:
It has come to the attention of the City of La Quinta Department
of Building and Safety that. your building permits #06406 and
#06407 for single family dwellings located at 54-320 and 54-340
Avenida Vallejo have expired.
According to the Uniform Building Code, Section 303(d), no further
work shall be performed on the 'above,' permitted'' -=job -site until •a.
new permit has, been issued or an extension.. granted.
.. Should you wish an extension of this permit you must request, in
writing,'for an extension within .14 days of the date of this
letter.
Once a permit has expired,a new permit must be obtained prior to
any further work or inspections to take -place. The fees for a new
permit would be as listedinSection 303(d).
