building permits #06406 and 406407 for single family dwellings
located at 54-340 Vallejo and 54 -320 -Vallejo.
The Building and Safety Department will grant a 30 day extension
of the above permits. The permits will be extended to September
9, 1991. A permit. extension may be granted 'by the Building
Official only. one time according to Section 303(d) of the 19.88
Uniform Building Code.
Should your permit expire after the above granted• extension .date,
a new permit would be required to be issued for'the project to be-
completed.

the time AlLctment on.these two building permits had elapsed.
We truly -.had. not intended. these . permi.ts to expire, : and at
this time are requesting that extensions on both permits be
granted. With.other cities that we have dealt with in the."
past, a 3aZday notice was sent out., and if an extension was
needed it was applied-.for.at that time.
Are homes are usually finished in the time frame of the building
permit, but as you know .as,::the economy,^slowed;,we also slowed
the production,of.our homes.'At this,time we would ask ,that
the extensions be granted, and the extra fees be waived.

of maximum density at the locations tested..
