The project was approved to start construction; however, the following comments must be addressed prior to the request for setback observation at the lot. 1. Some of the required architectural detailing was still missing from the plan submittal (ex. wrought iron rails, stucco recesses, etc.). In addition, some of the details were not keyed in as required. Please provide all appropriate detailing and proper call -outs. 2. The chimney cap detail appears small for the architectural design presented and may not work properly with.the tile roofing proposed. Please review this detail and modify as necessary. 3. A smooth transition is required with the landscape at the adjacent lot (southwest side). 4.
