Plan review status: Original application date: 1/20/06 180 -day expiration date: 7/19/06 Under the provisions of California Building Code'Section 107.4, "the building official may extend the time for action... on request by the applicant showing that circumstances beyond the control of the applicant have prevented action from being taken." A decision to delay your project does not meet the Code criteria for an extension. Consequently, your request is hereby denied.
