approved the plans to install a patio shade cover along with your landscape improvements
based upon the revisions per your on-site meeting with the DRC.
Just a reminder that approval from the DRC is meant for aesthetic purposes only and
should not be interpreted as a waiver of any required permits or adherence to all
applicable building ordinances as required. Additionally, no approval is granted for
