Re: Residential Fire Sprinkler Review

The Riverside County Fire Department Planning & Engineering personnel have reviewed
your sprinkler plans for the above referenced project. Please be advised that your plans
require the following corrections:
Please provide the following information in your next submittal:
1) Hydraulic node points do not correlate with the piping lengths on plans.
2) The underground meter size noted on the Sprinkler Piping Plan does not match
the Residential Connection Charge Estimate form from CVWD.
3) Provide correct hydraulic calculations based on actual piping plans.
4) As required by the State of California Business and Professions Code and the
Contractors State Licensing Board (CSLB) only a C-16 Fire Protection contractor
may install fire sprinklers. Indicate on plans the installing contractor's
information.
5) Provide manufacturer "cut -sheets" for Pex tubing and adapters.
NO inspections will be performed until Riverside County Fire Department Planning
& Engineering staff has approved the corrected plans.
