The Architectural Committee of PGA WEST II Residential Association met on November 10, 2011
and, among other items, reviewed your Application for Architectural Change for your home at 55-
385 Laurel Valley at PGA WEST II.'
The Committee approves of the application contingent upon the following conditions.
• A Notice of Completion Form must be submitted to the Association when the project
is completed.
Review by the Committee is only for general conformance with the Architectural
Rules It is the responsibility of the owner to fully understand and conform to the
Architectural Rules criteria whether or not all deficiencies are noted during the
