The Architectural Committee met on August 10, 2011 and (reviewed _and approved your
architectural plans with the following conditions being met.
• Your contractor must meet with Bob Pantanella, Director of Community Service, prior -to
coming on the property to ensure he is aware of all the rules & regulations relating to
Res II and the Master Association. Mr. Pantanella's phone number is 760-564-1032.
• The contractor shall ensure the make-up water for the automatic water feed device be
tapped ahead of the main dwelling shutoff. Existing hose bibs cannot be used for this
.purpose.
A Maintenance Agreement will be required, one will be sent to you for proper execution
as soon as it is prepared by counsel.
• PLEASE NOTE that the plans for the improvements must be followed exactly, there is
no approval for any changes to the plans submitted &approved on 8710-11 unless a new
submittal is submitted for review.
Adjacent neighbor comment form from 55-264 Laurel Valley must be submitted to the
Association prior to any of this work commencing. We have also sent this homeowner a
certified letter form for his completion as the equipment for the pool/spa will be on his
side of your hor.)e.
If at any time in the future the pavers need to be removed for work under the pavers
(suck as irrigation line or electrical) it will be your responsibility to have these removed,
do repairs and replace them.
• Absolutely no digging is to start until after your contractor has met .with Luis Umana of
Sunshine 760/346-3999 to review irrigation lines. .The main irrigation lines for the rear
yards on this street run diagonally through your rear yard area.
• No work may commence prior to August 29, 2011. There is roof work being done now
on this home, some materials have been ordered to complete that job by that date.
Review by the Committee is only for general conformance with the _Architectura
Ru/es It is the responsibility of the owner to fu/iv understand and conform to the
Architectural Ru/es criteria whether or not all deficiencies are noted during review. It
