roofing area must meet the roofing product "Cool Roof" requirements of §152(b)1H), 152(b)1H11, or 152(b)1H111.

Schedule of extras if_ pplicable:
During the repair process, if any asbestos is discovered, the removal and disposal cost would be borne by owner. Any dry
rot will be replaced for an additional charge based on $81.00 per hour labor and 1x6 or 1x8 materials at $ 2.50 per foot. Any
damaged rafter ends will be replaced for an additional charge based on $109.00 each and fascia board at $1.2.00 per. lin. Ft.
Any CDX/OSB plywood to be replaced at an additional charge based on $ 2.00 per sq, foot, labor include.
Description of work: Williams Roofing agrees to provide all materials, labor, tools, equipment and supervision required to
perform the work set out in the following work schedule, in accordance with the contract documents. The work will be
performed between the hours of 8am and 5 pm, Monday thru Saturday, statutory holidays excluded, unless both parties
mutually agree, provided that the work will be performed only if weather conditions are favorable, in order to ensure an
acceptable finished product. Williams Roofing reserves the right to upgrade any item or material listed below if deemed
necessary. Upon inspection.
Scope of Work: Complete new tile re roof on entire residence.
(Two story residence with limited access)
Remove all existing roof tiles, haul away. (Saving undamaged tiles for PGA storage)
Clean and Prep all decks to receive new materials.
Install two layers of SBS, UDL the underlayment, mechanically fastened.
Install all metal flashings as needed.
Install valley metals over third layer bleeder sheet.
Snap in chalk lines.
Install Eagle, Flat, Concrete (Standard weight), roof tiles, Tile color of your choice, must meet title 24
CRRC requirements, nailing each one in place using approved fasteners.
Install weather block at ridge boards.
Install ridge caps, mechanically fastened with secondary seal.
Contract Price: $ 37,680.00
To be paid as follows: $ 25,000.00 due upon commencement/Material purchase.
$12,680.00 due upon completion.
STANDARD WARRANTY: All work shall be warranted, subject to the general conditions included herein, for a period of
Ten (10) years from the date of completion. This shall warrant the owner that the roof shall be free of defects. Williams
Roofing to repair without cost to the owner, roof membrane defects, which are discovered during the term of the warranty.
All work to be completed in a reasonable amount of time and in a workmanlike manner. Roof membrane splitting caused by
severe structural or seismic movement of the building, acts of God, and abuse by other trades or tenants is specifically
excluded from this warranty*
