To Whom It May Concern -
This letter is to confirm the Agreement for a wall to be constructed on the property
line between owners Kip Fyfe & Victoria Brilz at 51310 Calle Jacumba and
owner Don Howard at 51350 Call Jacumba.
The owners also Acknowledge that the current wall between the backyards is
mutually acceptable to both owners as is.
This new wall will be a continuation of the current wall dividing the back yards
and will be built as per city codes using cinderblock. Stucco finish will be applied
to both sides of the new wall and will match the colour of the 51310 house stucco.
The end of the current wall will be modified to provide a "seamless continuation "
from the back yards to the front yards. -
The backyard wall of 51350 will not have any surface treatment and will remain
"as is". The cap of the backyard wall will be finished to match the caps of the
remaining walls in the back of 51310 and the new extention between the two front
