This -letter is to serve as authorization for Palm Desert Roofing to begin re -roofing
the structure at 79885 Horseshoe Road without possession of a paper building
permit. This permission is granted only because of a computer malfunction at the
Building Department.
This authorization shall expire at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, November 8, 2004. If a
permit is not issued at that time, the project is subject to a stop work order and
citation.
