Dear Mr. 8k Mrs. Garibian:
The Architectural Committee reviewed your revised plans and approved your application.
Please note the following:
• "Quiet" pumps shall be utilized for all pool and spa installations and shall meet
the: minimum requirement of the industry's "quiet" pump standards.
• The, contractor shall ensure that the make-up water for the automatic water feed
device be tapped ahead of the main dwelling shutoff. Existing hose bibs cannot
be used for this purpose.
• Please be reminded that once a homeowner installs custom concrete surfaces,
the: Association has no responsibility for maintenance or repairs for such
modifications. Per the Architectural Guidelines, reference page 7, Section 6 —
Patio Decking & Patio Extensions, "any damage or change to the
aforementioned shall be at the Owner's -expense." Damage to upgraded patios
caused by mowing. equipment, or otherwise, is the responsibility of the
homeowner.
The committee recommends that you review the enclosed specifications for the
PGA. West concrete mix for consideration prior to the installation of your patio
decking. (If applicable),
