Dear Mr. Perkins:
An inspection of the property located at 56840 Jack Nicklaus
Blvd. on July 23; 2008, revealed substantial damage to the
foundation".of the dwelling and garage area caused by the
differential settlement of soil and the dwelling was posted
unsafe to occupy.
I would like to take this time to make sure you are aware of the
condition of the property and that we have recorded a Notice of
Pendency, of Administrative Proceedings on the property.
As per your conversation with our City Attorney, Kathy Jenson,
the house.can not be occupied until the deficiencies are
remedied.; That plans are required for any construction/remodel
along with;a soil investigation report by an engineer.
