As we discussed the other day, we would like to pull a Non Structural Demo Permit, if possible.
The scope of work is as follows — please see attached Demo Plan, and Grading Plan
1. Tum off Propane to whole house
2. Turn off all relevant electrical breakers.
3. , Remove all appliances
4. Remove fireplace in Den/ Office — highlighted in Yellow
5. Remove Non -Structural / Non -Bearing Walls — highlighted in Pink.
6. Remove Sheet rock on one side of structural walls — highlighted in Green
7. Remove Tile Flooring inside house and on rear patios.
8. Remove Concrete Decking by Pool area
9. Highlighted in Yellow:
a. Remove Countertops and Cabinets.
b. Remove Showers and Tubs, Mirrors and Shower Doors
10. Remove -Gyp Rock ceilings to see framing connections — highlighted in blue
11. Remove existing Tom's Office and mechanical room at West side of house — highlighted in
purple.
